We ship our products to most areas within Bangalore.
SCHON insures safe delivery of each product during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
The tracking details and carrier information associated with your order will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.

We offer free shipping all over Bangalore.
Shipping costs for other domestic areas will vary depending on the purchased product, as well as the method and location of delivery. You can email us on info@myschon.in for details on delivery with the selected product, address and zip code.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse or made-to-order.
- After processing, your order will be shipped within 7-14 business days for in stock products or within 45-60 business days for made to order products . All the products will be delivered within 7-14 business days for in stock products or within 45-60 business days for made to order products
- Items that are made-to-order or customised will be shipped within 45 – 60 days.

DOORSTEP SERVICE DELIVERY
- The ordered products shall be delivered to customers as per the below conditions.
- For Residences/Offices situated on Ground Floor, products would be handed over to Doorstep.
- For Multi-level buildings, products would be placed near doorstep if a service lift is provided and there is enough space to move the product else it would be placed in a secure lobby area after informing the Security desk.
- Assembly of the product will be done by Schon Team.
- Kindly check our ‘Measure your Space’ before ordering any Product.
- SCHON would not be responsible if the furniture you ordered does not fit into your home.
